Similar to other actors on this list, Tom Holland’s bathroom breaks were entire side missions. Aside from that, he got pretty good at liking Instagram posts with his nose.

Although most of Don Cheadle’s scenes as War Machine were added using CGI, he had to don the entire suit a few times. Needless to say, it was an extremely heavy fiberglass encasement and Cheadle is glad he wasn’t wearing it during day-long shoots.

Black Widow | Scarlett Johansson

Black Widow’s costume is skin-tight so it was guaranteed to trap a lot of heat. Scarlett Johansson often had to wring her socks out after a day of shooting.

Loki | Tom Hiddleston

The full Loki costume seen in “Thor: Ragnorok” is made of 30 pounds of leather and metal. Hiddleston told ABC’s Nightline that, “Your head is just kind of encased inside this steel balaclava, and your brain slowly turns to scrambled eggs . . “

Ant-Man | Paul Rudd

The Ant-Man costume prevented Paul Rudd from scratching when he had an itch. To deal with the discomfort, Rudd would have crew members punch him as hard as they could.

The Wasp | Evangeline Lilly

The Wasp’s suit was very similar to Ant-Man’s. Evangeline Lilly described it as uncomfortable, but nothing she hadn’t dealt with as a woman who often sacrifices comfort in order to look her best.
