Freeway (1996)

This black comedy crime film produced by Oliver Stone, gave viewers a frightening modern take on the tale of Little Red Riding Hood. Brooke Shields steals the show from her co-star, a young Reese Witherspoon, as she's terrorized by the villain, played by Kiefer Sutherland.

When people think about Brooke Shields’ career, no movie stands out quite like Blue Lagoon. This coming of age survival romance was massively controversial due to Shields once again being sexualized on screen as a minor. Shields has said the director has since tried to apologize to her, but she won’t answer his calls.

Endless Love (1981)

Based on the 1979 novel of the same name, this romantic drama received mixed reviews but Brooke’s performance was widely praised. Roger Ebert said she was a natural beauty with tremendous range, even at such a young age. The film was also Tom Cruise’s feature film debut.
