

Fixing a fancy breakfast typically isn’t on the menu, but doing a little prep work the night before can make weekday mornings go a lot smoother.

These delicious bites are easy to prepare and easy to eat. Line muffin tins with cupcake paper or spray with oil. Mix up eggs, salt, pepper, bacon bits, cheese or any ingredients you and your family like. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. In the morning, reheat in the microwave for a few seconds, and enjoy.

The possibilities are endless, but what all varieties of breakfast sandwiches have in common is that you can make them in advance. Start with Hawaiian rolls, English muffins, croissants or bagels. Fill with bacon, egg, cheese, caramelized onions, spinach and anything you'd prefer.
