As soon as you walk in the foyer of this grand penthouse, the first thing you’ll notice is the color red — a running motif throughout the rest of the home. With curated antique accents, this ornate residence is sure to dazzle you at every turn.
Reminiscent of bistros in Paris, this fully-decked-out kitchen features marble countertops, a large eat-in island and an aluminum tray ceiling. To add a pop of color and luxury, the hardware has been plated in gold.
The most magical place in the penthouse is this spectacular tea room tucked into the dome of the building. Feeling like something directly out of a fairytale, the wall also features a bespoke mural created by artist Hilary Knight, who also did the artwork for the children’s book series, “Eloise.”
In Hilfiger’s home, he rolls out the red carpet for himself. This swanky spiral staircase leads up to the master suite and three themed guest bedrooms.
The master bedroom is the epitome of American luxury, including an ornate fireplace, not one, but two dressing rooms and a large walk-in closet. Connected directly to the bedroom is the large, spa-like bathroom with its own patio.
Guests are afforded their own privacy, with a private sitting room separate from the other common areas throughout the home. While there's no patio here, the views from the windows are sure to impress.
This 6,050-square-foot masterpiece underwent a $20 million renovation to restore it to its original French Renaissance style. With 12 rooms in total and ceilings ranging from 10 to 35 feet, this residence is perfect for entertaining or simply lounging in style.
