Baseball Star Alex Rodriguez’s $4.4 Million House

New York Yankees legend Alex Rodriguez has parted with his contemporary home in the Hollywood Hills in California. After purchasing it from award-winning actress Meryl Streep for $4.8 million in 2014, Rodriguez sold the home for a loss at $4.4 million.

Continue on for photos of this chic home with a star-studded past.

Rodriguez wasn’t afraid to introduce bold colors into the otherwise minimalistic kitchen design.

The formal dining room doesn’t feel so stuffy because of the playful wall covered in smiley faces.

Burnt orange cladding covers the side of the house, giving it an air of sophistication and charm.

The master bedroom is interestingly positioned to overlook the double-height living room below.

In the outside patio, TVs surround the perimeter — no doubt to ensure guests miss nothing when it comes to sports games.
