MIAMI, Sept. 11 (UPI) -- Caleb Williams of the Chicago Bears is among my four must-start fantasy football quarterbacks for Week 2 of the NFL season.
Jalen Hurts, Justin Herbert and Joe Flacco are among my other must-start options.
Hurts also leads my Top-20 fantasy football quarterback rankings for Week 2, which are listed below. Lamar Jackson, Joe Burrow, Herbert and Josh Allen join Hurts inside my Top 5. Jayden Daniels, Kyler Murray, Patrick Mahomes, Justin Fields and Jared Goff are among my other Top 10 options.
Make sure to adjust fantasy football lineups before Week 2 kickoffs.
My Week 2 running back and wide receiver rankings are available here. All position rankings will be updated until kickoffs. My top free agent/waiver wire targets article can be found here. Players also will be removed from or adjusted within the rankings based on injuries.

Jalen Hurts
Hurts, the No. 1 overall player in my Top-20 rankings, should never leave fantasy football starting lineups. He should give his stock holders a stronger-than-usual advantage this week, when his Philadelphia Eagles battle the Kansas City Chiefs in a rematch of Super Bowl LIX.
I expect the Chiefs to bottle up running back Saquon Barkley and the Eagles' running game, leaving Hurts to air it out in what could be a shootout Sunday in Kansas City, Mo.
Hurts threw for just 152 yards in Week 1, but salvaged his fantasy football production with two rushing scores in the Eagles' win over the Dallas Cowboys.
Hurts threw for 221 yards and two scores and ran for 72 yards and another score en route to Super Bowl MVP honors the last time he faced the Chiefs. Look for another performance with at least 200 passing yards and multiple passing scores from the Eagles quarterback in this meeting. The Chiefs just allowed 318 passing yards and three scores and 32 rushing yards to Justin Herbert in Week 1. Hurts has a great chance to be the top-scoring quarterback in fantasy football.
Justin Herbert
Herbert totaled the third-most fantasy points among quarterbacks in Week 1, when he led the Los Angeles Chargers past the Chiefs. This week, Herbert will take on a Las Vegas Raiders defense that just allowed 287 passing yards to Drake Maye.
Herbert threw for 346 yards and two scores and ran for 42 yards in his last matchup with the Raiders, a Week 18 victory. He appears primed for another stellar showing after dicing up the Chiefs secondary. Herbert is my No. 4 quarterback for Week 2.

Caleb Williams
Williams is a solid streaming quarterback option this week, when his Chicago Bears face the Detroit Lions. The Bears quarterback finished inside the Top 10 in fantasy points from the position in Week 1. Williams, who threw for 210 yards and a score and ran for 58 yards and a score in the Bears' opener, should provide similar production this week against the Lions.
The Lions allowed the fifth-most passing yards to quarterbacks last season. They also just surrendered two passing scores to Jordan Love.
Williams totaled 590 passing yards and five scores in two matchups with the Lions last season. He is a safe bet for QB1 production in what should be a high-scoring NFC North matchup.
Joe Flacco
Flacco is another low-end QB1 in Week 2. The Cleveland Browns' veteran was a Top 10 producer among quarterbacks in Week 1, when he threw for 290 yards and a score in a loss to the Cincinnati Bengals.
This week, the Browns will take on the Baltimore Ravens. The Ravens allowed the second-most passing yards to quarterbacks last season. They also surrendered 394 passing yards and two scores -- in addition to 30 rushing yards and two scores -- to Josh Allen in their season opener.
Flacco doesn't have the ability to provide fantasy football production with his legs, but he should throw enough in this matchup to near 300 passing yards. He could climb into the Top 10 if he finds the end zone more than once. Flacco is my No. 14 play for Week 2.
