Just casual building slippage.
This floating building may be reminiscent of the house from “Up,” only without balloons. We’re still not sure how he managed such an impressive feat. Chinneck says his goal is to make the installations appear effortless, even though they require impeccable planning and complex engineering.
Expectations are that a building will not liquify, but Chinneck challenges this thought with this realistic melting building.
One of his most well-known designs is this zippered facade. The white under the peeled back piece lights up brightly at night to provide an ethereal, fantasy illusion.
