June is Pride month – a time for extravagant celebrations and unapologetic self-expression among the LGBTQ community, but it doesn't stop in June. To that end, most of this creativity manifests itself through visuals — mainly fashion and makeup.
It’s no secret that the cosmetics industry experienced steep growth over the past few years. A large part of that growth was facilitated by the makeup-wearing members of the LGBTQ community. Makeup art is a way of life on Instagram where thousands of people share their best Pride-themed looks year-round.
