Irrawaddy Dolphin

Found in Southeast Asia, these endangered dolphins look adorably dopey.

Silver-Backed Chevrotain (Mouse-Deer)

Thought to be extinct after 30 years, the chevrotain mouse-deer was spotted in a forest in Vietnam. It’s pretty much exactly what you'd expect a mouse and a deer to look like if it were one animal.

Aptly known as the giraffe gazelle, this African antelope looks rather strange.

Dugong

Similar to a manatee, the vulnerable dugong, also known as a sea cow, feeds on vegetation and looks like it’s vacuuming the seabed.
