Sept. 18 (UPI) -- New Zealand singer Rosé has released her first solo music of 2026.
The K-pop star and member of South Korean girl group Blackpink shared a single and music video for "New Trick" on Friday.
"New Trick" is an English-language pop-rock song about picking yourself up after a heartbreak.
In the video, Rosé is seen enjoying the summer as she performs with a band and visits a skatepark.
Rosé released her debut solo album, Rosie, in 2024 and has since released the song "Messy" for the F1 movie and "On My Mind" with Alex Warren.
Blackpink also consists of Jennie, Lisa and Jisoo. Lisa will release the solo EP Press Play in October, while Jisoo released the solo single "Click" earlier this month.
