Meet the New First Dogs: Champ and Major Biden

The White House gained some new furry friends as of January 20, 2021. Meet Champ and Major Biden, the adorable German Shepherds.

12-year-old Champ joined the Biden clan in 2008 when President Joe Biden was Barack Obama’s Vice President, so he’s no stranger to the life of fame.

Major was adopted in 2018 from the Delaware Humane Association as part of a litter that wasn’t doing too well and he will be the first rescue dog to ever live in the White House.
