Actor and comedian Kevin Hart has sold his seven-bedroom Los Angeles mansion for a profit. He purchased the 6,549-square-foot home in 2012 for just under $2 million and sold it for a humble $2.75 million in 2019.

As soon as you enter the home, you’re met with a grand entryway featuring a wrought-iron imperial staircase.
The open plan living room and dining room boast clean lines and whitewashed walls.
One side of the house is lined with windows to let in natural light.
The floor to ceiling fireplace acts as a focal point for the living room.
Hardwood floors and a textured wall line the huge master bedroom.
The master bathroom even comes with its own private balcony.
A home in the million-dollar range wouldn’t be complete without a sparkling swimming pool. The outdoor patio also has an adjoining spa and an al fresco dining area.
Flanked by palm trees, this home has great curb appeal so it’s no surprise this gorgeous residence flew off the market.
