Twisty the Clown, the Rubber Man, Constance Langdon and other fan-favorite "AHS" characters appear in a teaser for "American Horror Story" Season 13.

Aug. 13 (UPI) -- FX shared a first teaser trailer for American Horror Story Season 13 on Thursday.

The preview features iconic characters from previous seasons of the horror anthology series, including Twisty the Clown (John Carroll Lynch), the Rubber Man (Evan Peters) and Constance Langdon (Jessica Lange).

Other returning fan-favorites include Cordelia Goode (Sarah Paulson), Marie Laveau (Angela Bassett), Madison Montgomery (Emma Roberts), Addie Langdon (Jamie Brewer) and the Black Dahlia (Mena Suvari).

The Season 13 cast will also include Gabourey Sidibe, Paul Anthony Kelly, Joey Pollari, Kathy Bates, Leslie Grossman, Avantika, Elle Chapman, Frances Conroy, Tig Notaro, Madelaine Petsch and John Waters.

FX previously described the season as "an unrivaled 13th installment that will do justice to everyone's most feared number."

"Bringing together an all-star cast, many of whom are reprising fan favorite roles, American Horror Story: 13 continues to build on the anthology's decades-long legacy that has been streamed more than 700 million hours around the globe and spawned a legion of dedicated fans," an official logline reads.

American Horror Story is created by Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk and originally premiered in 2011.
