Oct. 7 (UPI) -- Sam Smith took to the stage on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon.

The British singer-songwriter, 34, performed their song "Oh Mother" during Tuesday's episode of the NBC late-night talk show while joined by the TwoCity Chorus choir.

"Oh Mother" is the fourth single from Smith's most recent album, Hazel Eyes, released in August.

Hazel Eyes features 11 other tracks, including the singles "Love is a Stillness," "To Be Free," "My Guy," "When He's Gone" and "Constant Companion."

Smith previously described the album as "an album about love. True love."

"I am so overjoyed to capture my emotions in a bottle like this. This album will always mark one of the most magical, confronting, happiest and challenging times of my life as a person and an artist," they wrote on Instagram.

Smith is a Grammy-winning singer-songwriter who concluded their To Be Free tour in September.
