The “one-room shack” that Christopher Wallace, aka Biggie Smalls, grew up in has been spotted on real estate websites with a rent of nearly $4,000 a month. The same unit sold in 2013 for $825,000.
“I didn't factor his celebrity into the price,” listing agent Judith Siegel Lief told the New York Daily News when the unit went up for sale.
