Rescuing wild animals should typically be left to the local authorities, except in the case of Igor Konchezero and his pet squirrel Chippy. After taking Chippy home, Igor raised the young squirrel to adulthood in his home. Chippy has since learned a few commands and even has his own special dwelling.
