Oct. 28 (UPI) -- Ozzy Osbourne & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning, the concert film featuring late singer Ozzy Osbourne's final performance, will have an official soundtrack release.

The film and its accompanying album will release Dec. 11 on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, CD, vinyl and digital, with pre-orders available now.

Physical editions include a 2-disc Blu-ray and CD version, and a 2LP vinyl and 2-disc Blu-ray collection with limited-edition vinyl variants.

The deluxe box set featuring extra music, memorabilia and collectibles will launch in April 2027.

Back to the Beginning captures Osbourne's July 5, 2025, concert at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, including a rendition of "Mr. Crowley" released Wednesday. The show took place 17 days before his death at age 76.

The event reunited Osbourne with Black Sabbath members Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward, marking the heavy metal band's first performance together in more than 20 years.

Band members from Alice in Chains, Guns N Roses, Metallica, Slayer and other groups also performed sets at the concert celebrating Osbourne and Black Sabbath's legacy.

"Back to the Beginning was a once-in-a-lifetime event that will go down in music history," Osbourne's widow, Sharon Osbourne, said in a press release. "Ozzy suffered from chronic pain during the final six years of his life. His only wish was to perform one last time to thank his fans and say goodbye. It was an incredible day when his peers in the rock world descended on Aston from all over the globe to celebrate his legendary talent and extraordinary legacy."

Ozzy Osbourne & Black Sabbath: Back to the Beginning opened in theaters Wednesday.
