Minimalism and Brutalism

This house boasts a unique design by architect Joaquín Torres, who combined minimalism and brutalism to create a distinctive and luxurious residence. Known as the Black House due to the black slate cladding that covers its entire facade, it comprises 1,631 square meters of living space on a 5,155-square-meter plot. Its final price was around €11 million (approximately $12 million).

Absolute Luxury Lounges

This open concept chalet features a unique design that seamlessly blends the living and dining areas with the kitchen, creating a luxurious yet efficient and minimalist feel. The contrasting light and dark colors throughout the space highlight the modern design, particularly when paired with furniture featuring metallic and velvet finishes. Furthermore, the spacious living room flows directly onto the garden, offering breathtaking views from every corner.

Dream kitchen

Because the house has an open concept design, the kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining room and living room, visually expanding the entire space. The kitchen also features modern cabinetry and a central island made of natural stone, highlighting the minimalist yet luxurious feel of the space.

Japanese-inspired garden

The large garden is one of the main attractions of this mansion because it covers a large area, easily surrounding the house and offering beautiful views thanks to its location in Madrid, away from large cities or buildings, and being rather a place full of nature and relaxation.

6 Bedrooms, 10 Bathrooms

The Black House has six bedrooms, including the master suite, which features a huge built-in desk that allowed the singer to easily organize his musical readings and writing. This room also has access to the garden, as well as everything needed for comfort, including its own bathroom. It's worth noting that the house has nine other bathrooms distributed throughout the property.

Despite all of the above, the most attractive area of this mansion is the leisure area. It features a cinema room, a wine cellar, an indoor pool with a gym, a paddle tennis court and a spacious 8-car garage with its own elevator providing access to the main floor.
