After 11 years starring as Mitchell Pritchett in “Modern Family,” Jesse Tyler Ferguson and his husband moved away from Los Angeles and back to New York City. The couple spent six months renovating the brand new 1,500-square-foot, two-bedroom Chelsea unit and the results are beautiful.
Ferguson is working on his first cookbook, so he spends many of his free nights testing recipes in their mid-century modern kitchen.
The neon rooster was a custom piece that acts as an homage to a New York City bar.
The dining room features a bespoke piece of shag art and Timothée, the vintage sheep.
One of the first things Ferguson and his husband wanted for the living room was a big comfy couch, and they found just what they were looking for a Restoration Hardware. The living room also features the Samsung Frame TV, a TV that displays art when not being watched.
All the art in the master bedroom was found at a Chelsea flea market.
The luxurious master bathroom is clad entirely in Carrera marble.
