Filled with geometric patterns and bright colors, Lauren Ko’s “Pieometry” puts all of her best pie designs in one place for everyone to learn. Ko is a self-taught food artist who took a liking to pies, which is seen as the most challenging of desserts to get right. In her words, “Sure, I made a few sub-par doughs and alarmingly liquidy pies along the way, but I learned from those experiences and the confidence and insight gained from those blunders led me towards reliably flaky, always delicious, beautifully baked pies!”
