Flea: The Legendary Basssist
Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea purchased this avant-garde mansion back in 2018. This magnificent property consists of two houses – one contemporary, heptagonal-shaped home created in the early 1950s by renowned architect Richard Neutra and another gorgeous midcentury-style home.

Two-Compound Property
Neutra built the main structure for his secretary and her husband back in 1953. As one of the most influential architects of the 20th century, Neutra wanted to ensure the design was as comfortable as it was visually appealing.

A House Like No Other
The 1,350-square-foot midcentury home includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, several workstations, and storage units. For limitless entertainment, Nuestra designed a one-of-a-kind audio system with a record player and speakers that are hidden inside the sofa.

Flea's Priceless La Crescenta View
A central open-air courtyard serves as the home's focal point. Almost every room in the house has sliding floor-to-ceiling windows that open to either the courtyard or stunning views of the mountains and the Los Angeles skyline.

The Bonus Cabin
A third, albeit small structure, was built during Flea's time as the owner of the home. The tiny home, created by artist and carpenter Peter Staley, offers a bit of additional room for visitors. The cabins' finely crafted exterior and compact size blur the distinction between housing and art.
