Comedian Chris Rock sold this beautiful home in NY’s posh and historic Clinton Hill neighborhood in 2018. A swanky, three-story carriage house originally built in 1901, Rock’s Brooklyn abode sold for $3.4 million.

This 3,700 square foot house includes three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths. The large, wide open living and dining space features exposed brick and wood beams for a loft-like feel.

The master suite may be the highlight of the house. Complete with tons of space, sliding barn doors and a walk-in closet, it exudes a classic touch while certainly retaining its luxurious feel.

Chris bought the stylish pad back in the ’90s for just $370,000. His other long time home, located in New Jersey set him back $3 million back in 2001.
